Refund policy

What’s your return policy?
Please read our entire policies page below before placing your order. Please carefully read sizing charts on each item you are purchasing before placing your order. Each Vida Jiu-Jitsu item is printed to order just for you.

If you have an issue with your order once received, be sure to email casey@vidabjj.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the reason for the return/exchange request and photos of any issues with the item(s), if applicable. We will get back to you with steps for resolution as quickly as possible. Please note that the return address on your package may not be the proper return address for all exchanges. We will send you the proper return info via email. We use a drop shipping company for order fulfillment, so the return address on most packages will be theirs.


Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this applies, please contact casey@vidabjj.com within one week of receiving your order with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll take care of processing a replacement or refund for you.


Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We have detailed sizing charts in the description of each item on our site, but we understand that sometimes the fit will not be what a customer hoped for. We are happy to offer size exchanges for the same item in a new size. Please note that all additional shipping costs, including the cost to ship the original item back to us and the cost to reship a new item, will be your responsibility.  If you would like to request a size exchange, please contact casey@vidabjj.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the new size you would like to receive. We will respond with the return shipping information.

Please note that we do not accept returns for sizing issues or if the customer changes their mind about wanting an item. We only process exchanges for a new size and returns for damaged or misprinted items or if the wrong item is received.
